Job Description
McKinley Restoration is one of the largest residential and commercial restoration companies in the Midwest. We service the Chicago metropolitan area, Southern Wisconsin, and Northwest Indiana. We make homes and businesses look beautiful with the latest roofing and siding products, and our employees love to make people smile!

We are filling a Sales Team Manager position based in our Chicago location to hire, train, develop and retain sales representatives by following our business initiatives.. The ideal candidate will have This position is ideal for candidates who are trainable, result-oriented, value high quality service and have the ability to motivate and lead a team!

Applicants must have a positive attitude and drive for success and results . Applicants must be comfortable taking charge and leading a Team, working Monday through Friday, and have a reliable form of transportation.

This is a performance based position. We offer a very competitive pay in the industry.
Pay structure:
Base + Commission
Additional $$ earned for exceeding weekly goals
Full-Time, 1099 position
Company Issued Leads Provided by Door to Door prospecting crew.
Training and Development: Opportunity for advancement to Grow and move up in Leadership
Flexible schedule, based on performance
Requirements
Have dedication to creating and building a successful sales team.
Self Sufficient; Must be able to work in an independent environment and as well in a team environment.
Will to learn and excel in your career.
Detail orientated, and organization.
Must have, or obtain, a smart phone capable of downloading apps and taking pictures.
Must be 21 or older.
Must have a valid Driver's license.
Must have a reliable working vehicle

Day-To-Day:
Interview, hire and train new hires
Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally
Advising staff on our policies and procedures
Ensuring success of the sales team, achieves quotas, and revenue goals.
Lead and run team meetings
Lead team by overseeing local territories
Responsible for generating revenue
