Job Description
McKinley Restoration is one of the largest residential and commercial restoration companies in the Midwest. We service the Chicago metropolitan area, Southern Wisconsin, and Northwest Indiana. We make homes and businesses look beautiful with the latest roofing and siding products, and our employees love to make people smile!
We are filling an Outside General Construction Sales position based in our Chicago location. The ideal candidate will have at least 1+ years of roofing sales experience.
Applicants must have previous Commercial or Residential remodeling sales experience. Applicants must be comfortable climbing roofs and working Monday through Friday and have a reliable form of transportation.
This is a performance based position. We offer very competitive commission structures in the industry.

Responsibilities
Exterior home inspections to diagnose storm damage.
Make recommendations to home owners based on findings.
Assist Homeowners through the insurance process for wind, ice, and hail damage.
Build rapport and trust with homeowners (under promise and over deliver)
Sales process: Close the homeowner after assessing damages (system and contracting)
Achieve daily and weekly quota of inspections/claims filed/contracts signed.
Methodically manage your sales pipeline via our CRM.
Maintain constant communication with Sales Leadership, Homeowners and office staff.

Compensation:
Full time/ commission
